It's a screening in which they tell you to take a 50 question test. The test is very vague, and not really based on any conforming or non-conforming guidelines. It's like it was written by someone that doesn't understand underwriting.

They asked how to average income by multiple choice. The example they gave had declining YTD income. They averaged it over 24 months. They also do not know the difference between bi-weekly, and semi-monthly pay periods.
