I did an initial phone screening interview with the primary hiring manager, then did a follow-up zoom interview that lasted 15-20 minutes with the other sourcing managers to learn more about me and my experience. Very informal, laid-back, fun interview. I didn't feel like my reputation as a candidate would've been compromised if i answered a question wrong, they were eager to learn about me, very friendly company with a solid hiring team. All told, the process from submitting my application to getting an offer was about a week and a half.
