I applied online in which I was then invited to an in person interview 3 weeks after. Panel consisted of 3 and there were 12 questions to be answered. It was a good interview but it was almost like the interview was set for qualified solicitors - there is so much expectation. I did not get the offer but my details are reserved for 12 months since I was “appointable”.
