      J'ai passé un entretien chez Greiner AG

      The interview process lasted 2 month. 1,5 month of waiting and 2 weeks of three rounds of interview. First was video call on Teams with HR and manager. They mostly asked personal questions taking turns. Right next day I got invitation to second round. Second round was in person meeting in Vienna office. They asked me to prepare 40 min presentation based on case studies scenarios that they sent in PDF file and gave me 12h. (The case studies scenarios are listed below). The meeting lasted 1 hour and I was waiting 2 weeks to hear back. After 2 weeks, they invited me to the third round in their headquarter in Kremsmünster town, which is 2,5h drive from Vienna. They said it's needed "to get the feeling of the company culture and to meet my potential colleagues onsite". But instead I had a surprise 1:1 interview with the manager of my manager that no one told me about. I did not like this. The manager did not see my CV and asked many irrelevant to my experience questions and did not introduce himself. After that I waited 1 month to receive 2 sentences: "we found a better fit for this position". They did not say "thank you for spending 8h of your day travelling so far away for the last round of interview", or "thank you for investing another day of your life for making presentation and coming to Vienna's office". Nothing like that was mentioned, I felt I'm a number for them. I'm glad I'm not working there.

      Question 1

      Since the beginning of 2025, there has been an IT Service established for Adobe Products (Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc). This means that, now, there is a fixed contact person (Service Owner) for Adobe Products within IT, who takes care for this system and its users. Prior to that, IT was contacted only for the assignment of an Adobe license, but did not provide any other type of support. • Which specific steps need to be taken when developing this new IT service? How would you proceed? • Which aspects would need to be considered when establishing a new IT service for any system? What should we be paying attention to? • Which challenges or roadblocks do you think could appear? The Sustainability department within Greiner would like to create its 1st eLearning course. The department would like to develop the eLearning in Articulate by themselves but need support for it. (Greiner uses Articulate as eLearning creation tool.) • How would you proceed to ensure that a qualitative eLearning output is created? What needs to be considered? • Which challenges could appear? • What do you consider a qualitative e-learning?/How would you measure the success of an e-learning output?
