      Totally waste of time and Pathetic HR and Founder. Applied from one job portal and got the call from the HR next day. HR explained me job proifile and scheduled one telephonic round. In this round, interviewer asked me about experience and couple of selenium questions that anyone can find from any selenium blog. After this round, HR called me for face to face round in their Mumbai office. I had 3 f2f rounds. In first f2f round, there were 2 interviewers(manager and QA guy). They asked questions related to Selenium and Manual testing. Next round was with Engineering head, where interviewer asked me about my experience, current responsibilities, my expectations and also explained what he is expecting from me. Till 2nd round, my feedback was positive and HR asked my salary expectations and other details. I was about to leave from there but then they scheduled 3rd round with one of the founder. He also asked about my previous companies and responsibilities. From the beginning, he was giving me very negative vibes. After each line he was just saying "Nice-Nice" multiple times. He didn't ask any technical questions. But after this round HR behaviour got completely changed. HR said that he is going to send me one URL to submit my documents. But I was knowing that there is something fishy here. As expected, I didn't get any mail from HR, I tried to call and email to HR many times but he didn't pick my calls or reply to my mails. This is the first time in my career, where HR was not picking the call from candidate. After 1 month, i got mail from HR that they are not able to process my candidature forward due to their internal hiring fitment & policies. If you guys are not sure then why you call people for face to face. To attend this f2f, i took one day leave. Also, was this your policy not there before processing my candidature. Totally waste of time and Pathetic HR and Founder.
