J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Greystar (Denver, CO) en janv. 2016
Entretien
Started with a phone interview from a corporate recruiter. Was an excellent method to learn about the position as well as the company and future promotion potential. Discussed available communities and positions and distance to commute. Then a call from specific communities for 1:1 interview. Then a call about a week later with an offer.

Question 1
There weren't specific questions. Just a job description which described a sales position without a competing manager, as in " you are the only leasing professional". When in fact that is false because the assistant manager also supplements income with leases ( and will take those leases you marketed all week on your day off).

Had an interview with the property manager, then regional manager, then the builders boardroom style interview. Same questions asked through all three. As long as you have high energy with an eagerness to learn, you will be fine. Job is fairly easy.

Set up interview with property manager, Followed up for a couple of days, before interview was conducted they reached out stating they are moving with an internal transfer. It felt like they listed the posting just to be fair knowing they had filled the position already.

The process was one, on-sight, in-person session with multiple managers and/or senior associates in the company. It was well-facilitated and very encouraging. The job listings are often on LinkedIn or Indeed, and responses are very common. Communication was a major thing.
