This was the most transparent and even-sided interview I've ever had. I was able to spend a significant amount of time with the hiring manager, sharing my experience and asking questions to fully understand the state of the business and opportunity ahead. I was able to meet many cross-functional people and offered the opportunity to continue any due diligence if it helped my decision process. Once on the other side, the openness has continued and the team seems genuinely excited to have me (we'll see how long that lasts ;-).
