First round was a general review of my background. Second round was a 3-hour test that asked us to write a research proposal. The third round was a discussion with the head of engineering and head of research, and the final round was an interview with the CEO. The final interview asked me whether I would prioritize working for Grier over my wife’s career. I found this and a few other questions inappropriate, sexist, and discriminatory. Don’t waste your time with a toxic company.
