They replied to my application. Offered an Interview in the restaurant with the manager. Walked around the restaurant to have a look. The ad didn’t mention traineeship so I feel like I wasted my time.

Interview was quick and easy- they have an onboarding process after your interview with a bunch of other team members with a powerpoint presentation to get everyone up to speed

How many hours can you do and can you do weekends and specifically holidays
Was a "Group Interview"
Most of it was a presentation that detailed the role, pay, hours etc.
Had to find out 3 facts about another candidate and introduce them to the group.
Finished presentation with a very fast 1-on-1 interview.
