I first spoke with the Head of Marketing over the phone and then was invited in for an on-site 1:1. After that, I completed a written homework assignment, and then was asked to come in for a longer 1:1 that included lunch with the team and meetings with individual team members (6 in total). If I had moved onto the next round, I would have meet with the CEO.
