Smooth process with two recruiters. Asked lots about my previous experience and motivation for the job and how I'd respond to certain situations . Small technical test as well. Technical test was ok. Not designed to catch you out.

There was an initial phone interview, which took around 30 minutes and mostly asked about my knowledge of the company and what they did. I was then invited to the company's offices in Oxfordshire for a 2+ hour in-person interview with two interviewers that included multiple exercises (proofreading test and a mock telephone interview). I understand that this process has since been shortened, and the final-stage interview may have been simplified.
