I applied through Campus Recruiting. They came to my school and had a face-to-face interview. Weeks passed and they never contacted me despite numerous attempts to email and call them. Worst of all, they told me that they liked what they saw in me and even gave me the name of the book they use for classes. Don't trust them if you think things went well.

Expected value of a 1-and-1 in college basketball. If a free-throw shooter makes 70% of his free throws, what is the expected amount of points he receives from a 1-and-1 (where if he makes the first shot he gets to shoot he second and if he misses the first shot he does not).

It was very straight forward, I applied, got called in. First asked about behavioral based questions. Tell me about yourself. Why trading? Why Group One?
talked about experiences on resume, then they asked me mental math problems. The whole process lasted around 30 minutes.

Entretien
Contacted the recruiter with my resume and set up an initial phone interview. This was behavioral with a few easy math questions at the end. Lasted around 30 minutes. After that, had an additional phone interview with managing director. This time was straight behavioral, again around 30 minutes. Both interviews were very conversational, not stressful at all. The questions were not designed to trick you.

It was very fair. Asked mental math and a few probability questions along with behavioral questions like why a trader and personality traits. Stories that demonstrate certain qualities like normal behavioral interviews.
