On the phone screening then in person in Chicago office. You interview one person for half hour, then shadow a sales person on the floor, then interview a second different person for half hour.

Very long multiple interviews then get put it classes if you get the job which are 12 weeks apart. They just really get to know you see how talkative and willing to learn you are

Time i experience a tough situation and how I handled it
Very nice and easy to talk to. Really enjoyed talking with them. It's fun to talk sometimes. Ya know with people you enjoy talking to. It can be a good time.

They just asked questions over the phone. I didn't move onto the next phase of the interview. It was pretty basic and they wanted to know that you were passionate about Groupon and wanted to know that you knew what you wanted to achieve.
