Got contacted by a HR director which found me on LinkedIn. She called me and we had a nice chat about what was going on in the company and why she found my profile interesting. Then we scheduled an technical interview by Skype. It was moved due to "some emergency", but after 2-3 weeks I did an interview. It was very technical, and I was asked to sort out some alghorithms. I found it abit annoying, because that was not relevant to my profile and tech-skills (as Android developer). So, after the Interview, I was turned down.

1. Reverse a linked list of object. 2. Find all elements in a dom with a spesific attribute.
Both recursive algorithms, which I got 1h to solve in front of the interviewer.

Entretien
The process was like any other organization. It was fine. Nothing much to explain. It started with HR Discussion, followed by Technical Round which was about 45 minutes. Overall process was Satisfactory

I had a virtual on-site, it was long with multiple rounds. One round involved coding; another round involved debugging an application. Overall friendly but depends on who you interview with.
