It was a three-round interview process, including the communication test, real-time virtual writing task (through Zoom/G Meet), and conversation with stakeholders. Basic knowledge on E-commerce marketplace, B2B/B2C dynamics would be an added advantage.

Entretien
It was an inicial interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was 10 minutes late for the meeting, then asked general career questions. The talk was somewhat unprofessional as I felt like the recruiter talked a lot about company matters not related to the position I applied for. Then I was ghosted.

El proceso de selección duró mas o menos 1 semana. Consistió en una primera entrevista telefónica con recursos humanos, luego un test técnico, para validar las habilidades de redacción y por último la entrevista con el manager.

The two-step interview was quite easy: the first call with HR was more informative and concerned the practical aspects of the job offer, the second step was an interview with the team manager (so I guess it depends on who you are taking the interview with), who made me feel very comfortable
