It was a very pleasant and professional process. For the technical round, I was provided with documentation in advance, which I found to be an unusual but incredibly helpful approach. It made me feel more organised and well-prepared, and reduced my stress levels. I had a chance to be interviewed by engineers of different levels and genders. I received detailed feedback after each round, and everyone I talked to was well-prepared, professional and kind. Both technical rounds were focused more on problem solving and discussing the approach rather than writing a perfect code. The company made a great impression on me, in terms of all culture, diversity and technical acumen.
