Entretien
The first round was with the HR for initial screening. The second round was with the Practice Director. Discussion mostly on the general profile, work experience, career goals and expectations for the role. The third round was a guesstimation round with the Practice Head to test the problem solving skills. And the last round was with the COO of the organisation to see the organisational compatibility. Overall the process was well structured and the lots were discussing and communicated considering the availability of both parties.

It is a digital marketing company based in indore. We had chance to get it for Placement campus which was a great opportunity.

First round was Technical related to my previous experience and Digital channel knowledge
2nd round - Guestimate round where analytical skills are checked.
