The interview was neat and fast; I really love when a company knows what they look for and avoid having a hassle process but here the interview was professional, they saw the experience, competences and my value in the market.

I was contacted by a Recruiter calling from Costa Rica for the position of International Recruiter. I was asked to contact the interviewer directly on Skype. After a few days of e.mails and calls, I finally had an appointment for an interview. On the day of the interview, I connected in advance on skype in order to make sure that my connection was good. I waited on skype for 45 minutes and nobody showed up. No mails, no calls. I decided to mail the recruiter and I had an answer after three days saying they had already hired somebody else. The most frustrated, embarrassing, unprofessional Company I have ever dealt with.
