My agent recommended the position and I proceeded to a phone call. The process took 4 weeks from first call to closing, meaning 5 x scheduled meetings. Firstly, a telephone interview, followed by a f2f-interview, then a scheduled sales call (to test my sales skills), then the HR-interview and finally off the VP who was looking at my CV for the first time while I was in the room being interviewed, also testing my sales presentation skills (again) live. This is a negative experience, like everything you've done so far, nothing mattered.
