I found the interview experience to be quite dismissive. The interviewer was not actively listening to my responses and repeatedly ignored the technical and transferable skills we discussed. Rather than a dialogue, it felt like a repetitive cycle where my background was constantly undervalued. It was frustrating to have to re-explain foundational experience that had already been vetted during the screening process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Question: "Do you have a consulting background?"
Answer/Experience: I gave a comprehensive answer regarding my consulting work and transferable skills. The interviewer dismissively repeated that they were 'seeking consulting experience' multiple times, effectively ignoring the substance of my responses. It felt as though the interview was a formality and the interviewer wasn't actually interested in the qualifications I was presenting.

Interview process is with upper management and select few consultants. The interview with the consultants is heavy on the technical skills specifically Active Directory. Common attacks with ADCS, SCCM, Exchange, etc

Straightforward screening by HR, and then a team approach to interviewing for the position. I could tell the team had great camaraderie and they asked some really pertinent questions for the role.
