2: An interview with a director
3: 4x interviews including an on-the-spot case and a prepared case study.
Very time-consuming and not so transparent. Be prepared for your interviews to be rescheduled at the last minute.
Be prepared to receive positive feedback during the interviews but ghosted after you complete the final phase.

Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
J'ai passé un entretien chez Guidehouse (McLean, VA)
Entretien
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
