The recruiter was communicative and helpful throughout. There was a noticeable lack of consistency between leaders regarding role expectations (e.g., differing answers about team event participation and success metrics). I wasn’t given a promised office tour or the chance to meet cross-functional teams I’d work closely with, which raised some concerns about transparency and collaboration. Everyone I met was professionally polite, though the overall vibe during both the video and final in-person round felt a bit flat and disengaged. I appreciated the honesty about the role being demanding and performance-driven, but left feeling unsure about the culture and leadership cohesion. Ultimately received a generic rejection after final rounds, which left the experience feeling impersonal.
