Asks behavioral questions mainly, only had a few technical questions as I was a junior. The process was easy. I received an email after speaking with a recruiter at our career expo and then signed up for a time. I never heard back after the interview. Supposed to be 2-4 weeks for a response.

Two-stage interview process. First with active current employees, second with manager. Mostly canned "tell me a time you..." questions, but some were difficult. nice people, done through Teams. No emphasis on practical knowledge. roughly a week between responses after each interview.

Initially, I was selected and then given a date to interview. I prepared by reaching out to others who had been given the internship. I studied different standardized interview questions as well as methods to answer the questions efficiently.
