Worked as a Co-Op for three rotations and then participated in a brief interview with my Manager prior to returning to school. Phone interview was held during my last semester at School.

Got called to schedule an interview 2 weeks after applying. The interview questions are behavioral and related to the job description. Was told they will get back in touch in about a week or two after the interview. Ended up getting a rejection notice over a month later.
Former college co op so no interview required. Just went around and talked to former bosses and/of heads of departments I was interested in. Definitely paid off spending every other semester of college here

Applied online & then monitored the progress of my application through the career portal. Recruiter then called to set up a virtual interview with a panel. Overall, the interview was about a half hour long.
