First you get a call from HR to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager, if passed, then you go on site and interview with a panel of a few employees who would ask questions.

Very poor experience interviewing with Gulfstream. I had three interviews in total which I thought went well and was told the same by the hiring manager. However, I was ghosted after the final interview. No answer to calls or emails. I think it was very poor considering the time I had given to the process. At least have the courtesy to give me an update even if it’s a case the job has been put on hold or you’re hiring other candidates. I think it speaks volumes about the culture of the company so I guess in that sense I should be glad.
