I found Guru through a referral at school (I was a college senior). I emailed management expressing my interest and they were happy to give me a chance.
I was asked for my top 5 software capabilities and given an online test first. You don't have to get 100%; they just want a feel for how you code.
In person, they asked some questions about coding essentials and character. (They were looking for people with high aptitude -- willingness to work on a variety of projects, non-toxic and good collaborator -- and willing to train people who can only do the basics.)
They had me solve some coding situations on a whiteboard. They brought in a senior dev to provide skill-level-appropriate questions for the technologies I had used before. They may intentionally challenge you. It's okay to say "I don't know" if you don't think you can figure it out.
They answered my questions about workplace culture and such. We didn't talk about money.

Good experience overall. They focus on technologies and strengths that you have listed on your resume. They will also ask basic data structure and algorithm questions, as well as some behavioral questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Mostly questions related to what skills were listed on my resume, but also one or two leet code medium questions.

Lots of technical questions covering many different languages. Wanted your knowledge down to the very detail of certain processes. Expected knowledge more broad than standard education will give you. This has to be your every waking moment hobby to meet such requirements.
