The Interview process was was a tedious full day of interviews. A prep in the morning then a 4 hour interview in the afternoon. This was a video conference interview where they scheduled a dinner break for you. It was four interviews total and Two interviews were ridiculous one was with a manager that was not very nice the other was with a associate who wanted to know about my personal values and had no life experience and seemed to be right out of school. The questions bordered on behavioral but in a very inexperienced way.
