Initial phone screening. 45 min zoom interviews with 4-5 people. Lengthy process but upsetting to see it go nowhere. Thought we were a good fit. Sounded like a progressive company to work for.

What is the last thing that you have been really excited about?
Applied online. Recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview. Never showed up to the meeting, I follow up with 2 emails and no response. Very inconsiderate to waste my time, a simple email to cancel the interview would have sufficed.
