Long and Unprofessional. I appreciate that Gusto takes a hands on interview approach, where they make sure to do their due diligence when hiring the right people for their organization. This said, I had no shows on interviews with them and I went on to the final presentation where someone on the call was walking on the treadmill. I was also ghosted after the final presentation/panel interview, and have not heard from HR and the hiring manager for over 4 weeks now regarding updates.
