Unfortunately the interview process felt unintentional. The HR recruiter completely missed our interview time (without explanation) and had to reschedule. Not a good first impression. Then advanced to four total interviews with the team before being rejected — which felt excessive. Had hoped new leadership would mean Guttmacher was ready to turn a new leaf, but it seems they’re still finding their footing.
