Application made online via the Gymshark vacancy board, an email was sent to confirm receipt of application and that it would be reviewed. I then received an email for an initial telephone call to assess credibility for the role; the call was really informal so both candidate and recruiter got to learn about each other. Post initial call I was advised that I'd been successful for an on-site interview, with a follow up email to be sent containing the interview structure, this consisted of career experience walkthrough, competency based questions, and then a presentation. At a later date I then discussed personal details with the People team representative in term of salary/benefits, who then informed of the outcome of the interview. The People team contact was fantastic throughout as a point of contact from start to end with any queries along the way.
