GymShark does an amazing job communicating with candidates during the whole interview process. First round was a one sided video interview where questions pop up on your screen and you have a set time to answer. Then a video interview with more team members. I didn’t receive an offer, but the recruiter called me to personally explain why they moved forward with other candidates which I really appreciated.
