Initially applied for two different roles. Received a rejection email for one of them however was still given online one way interviews for both of them which was confusing. Was then invited to the main assessment centre. A few days after the assessment centre was sent a rejection email, however, this ended up being a mistake, presumably in relation the previous role i applied for. I actually heard back about the assessment centre about three months after where I was not successful, despite them promising on the day feedback would be within two weeks. Furthermore, they said there will be comprehensive feedback yet I assumed next to nothing aside from “you were good, apply again next time” and “I’m not the one who interviewed you”. Finally, they would only reimburse part of my train ticket as it was very expensive to get to Birmingham, leaving me about £30 down. Overall, was a very cool company but seemed like they had massive organisation issues.
