Initial HR phone call - A quick go through of past experience, interests and also salary expectations.
1st technical interview (Google Meet) - Mostly support related questions and a bit of .NET/C# questions to top it off.
2nd practical interview at office premises - Support process related questions, Small C# web application but not at developer level and some SQL questions as well.
3rd culture fit and casual call - Usually with director and another foreign employee plus team leads & team members. Mostly to check what my interests are, what I want to become and if I am suitable and the right fit for the team.
Final Salary negotiating call and confirmation - Of course as always they try to bring down what you asked for but as long as you are satisfied with what they can offer it is all good. Confirmation is done within a few minutes after both parties agree on Salary.
