Very standard process. Asked the questions you expect from the manager. You got to ask some questions at the end. You were also told to bring a bunch of documents like a diploma and SS card, which I thought was odd since they never brought it up during the interview.

I was interviewed in a shady dirty basement. Manager was very unclear and beat around the bushes a lot. Didn't answer my questions clearly and kept changing the promises in regards to pay and benefits

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HAPPY DRAGON OF NEW YORK (New York, NY) in October 2015. Got an Email that was not for me telling me that I need additional documents to apply. I originally thought this is a Educational Center, but it's a Day Care.
one person interviewed me and she did not ask many questions.
