Everything went smooth and was an easy process. The recruiter was very nice and calmed interview nerves ! They first connect you to a recruiter who then asks you what position you are aiming for and she lines up interviews that are available in those positions.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
