And he came in and then changed the whole agenda of the interview because "he didn't usually take these kind of interviews". No consideration to the frame of mind in which candidate is coming for the interview. Also, too many reschedules - including till the last minute the expected interviewer is someone else but when video opens it is someone completely different.
