Applied online and received a phone call from the recruiter for some pre-screening questions two days later. She got back shortly after checking with the manager that they would like to invite me for an interview, which was arranged in a week's time and as a video call interview as I could not take time off work. Heard back from the recruiter a day later that unfortunately HCA is not making an offer as they are looking for someone more experienced.
