The interview process was smooth but it took time in releasing the offer. However I got the offer and I accepted it and overall transition was smooth. The only problem is the 90 days notice period.

Virtual interview process was great through teams they start the salary negotiation in advance and make you confirm upfront before moving forward.
They go over and overview of the job type and the work business model of the design designated location

Very low hike percentage even after 8 year spend in organization they are not providing standard salary or hike , interview process is something when you are immediate joiner then welcome
