No proper response from recruiter, I had to follow up for 3months for the outcome, out of the blue recruiter asks for some documents and disappears confirming feedback is positive however without letting me know the next process or steps

Interview Process is genuine. Just have to go through few technical questionnaire rounds. It takes 2-3 rounds to clear the interview processes, but they find something related to the job objectives.
