Very worst interview process. Initially people has to roam here and there to find their exact interview panel. There is no systematic things followed. Waste of time. After selecting the candidates they do not provide further updates on the selection process.

1st is aptitute round
2nd round is technical round 1
3rd round is techinacal round 2
4rth round is hr round
and then selection mail ..TR 1 should be easy
TR2 should be average to difficult
It will be 2 rounds totally first round is for basic technical round second round will be coding this will slightly hard compare to first round you should be prepared well for second round based on your resume.

I gave an interview with HCL and got positive feedback from the panel. But not yet received any call from HR. At least they should give feedback from HR department.
