Two Tech process one managerial but the feedback process is very slow, which should be proper as from starting that anyone can have quick steps and make himself available for the next opprtunity

Initially we have grammar written test to filter candidates. Next round of interview entails spoken skills like checking out communication, fluency, clarity in speaking, etc. After qualifying this round, we have technical assessment round over telephone. We are assessed about our total experience, technical knowhow, technical expertise in an interested domain where we have gained experience. Clearing this round may take more or less 30 minutes duration depending upon the knowledge of the prospective candidate.
