Entretien
I got the call from HCL technologies through Naukri. I and my friend came to attend the interview for UI developer position. It was around 300 people came to attend the interview. totally 2 technical rounds were there which is pretty easy. they asked some basics questions in HTML, CSS, javascript and angular js and asked to write some logical programs. On the same day me and my friend shortlisted and had discussion with HR. HR told that there will be one more client interview round and you will be recieving call from client side next week but i never got call from anyone after the interview. My friend got call from client and he went to the client round in the next week. Although he did well, they rejected him. After 2 months again i got call from hcl HR and she told that you already cleared two rounds and finally one more telephonic interview directly from the project team . I attended and very next day they released offer letter and also gave package what i have asked :D

Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
