basic technical questions demandind on hand experience as well as theoretical knowledge.The warmth and unbiased questions and reasoning helped me answer correctly and instantaneously.There was definitely a human touch although maintaining professional ettiqutte.

I was having ample experience and I did not think my interviewers were there to reject me
