One of my friend referred me and I got a call from HR. I have gone through 2 rounds of technical interview and 1 managerial round followed by HR. HR confirmed my placement after negotiating pay pack.

There is nothing as such as the interview was for entry level programmer.

2 Tech round where in basic question based on job position your are applying, 1 HR round direct offer letter, there is no way to ask for more CTC as HR mail you to ack the offer letter

It's quite good They will ask questions based on your resume But joining process is too long, sometimes it may take more than 5months Interviewer will ask about recent technologies, skills etc
