Very easy interview process. If you know someone in the management, you are hired. HRs are just jokers in HCL, they do not have any control over the management and they cheat the new joiners a lot while hiring. they accept for a cost but deduct the same at the time of offer release

Very nice and particular on the job position. All 3 rounds were well organised.HR have emailed complete details + panel was very respectful. They covered all aspects as per the resume and introduce the project and team as well.
It was for a senior level role. There were 2 rounds of interview. One was mainly on the technical level and another one was managerial. Overall, It was a good interview experience.
RCPG consulting role. College Placement - GD + an interview round with the VP of consulting. 2 rounds of interview. I was asked a few case studies in the interview.
