I have given interview for 2 positions in HCL and cleared all the rounds for both positions but in both the cases they did not release the offer. Both the positions i had HR discussion and agreed to hike part but later they did not release the offer. Its been more than 2 months. I would request get the written letter from them before the interviews that they will release offer if u clear interviews in most cases they dont do. One of the worst companies in my carrer i have never seen.
