Its smooth and very good process, it is transparent. Interviewer is having good knowledge on the subject. They have very good communication system to fix and conduct the interview. Interviewer joins the call on time and as asking genuine questions.
First round of interview with HCLTech and second round of interview with client. There are few more rounds happened because the interview recording was not happened in first and second round

HR round is the last discussion.
HR will ask for your expectation.
You will hear final approval within 15 days.

Actually it was unscheduled and done with 15mins. Once after that the next round of interview was taken by client side. Overall, interview process is good. I was recieved offer exactly after 1 week post the client interview happened.
