"Explain a technical concept to a non-technical person" Sometimes basic grammar and sentence correction tests Tips to Prepare: Speak slowly and clearly Avoid filler words like “umm” or “you know” Practice mock customer service conversations --- 2️⃣ Second Round – Technical Interview Purpose: Test your problem-solving skills and IT fundamentals. Common Topics: Operating Systems – Windows basic commands, troubleshooting steps Networking – IP address basics, ping command, DNS, DHCP Hardware – Common laptop/desktop issues, replacing parts Software Support

I'm yet to give interview but till now rest of the tests have been great .I have completed group discussion round and waiting for the next round . I am really hoping the get into the next rounds . Wishing everyone good luck .
