Initial application, then a test. These test never really measure intelligence. If you get answers correct on test, the next step is a phone interview with a recruiter. Then an on-site interview. During the on-site interview, I was asked about my marital status and age, which was violating. Completely shows how poor of values the company has.

Recorded interview went well but they tend to string you along and then tell you that you're not what they're looking for. Which is fine but if they maintained that transparency from the beginning I wouldn't have minded

The overall interview process was smooth and more efficient than other interviews I have been in. The response time was very quick and didn't leave me hanging. There were multiple interviews all in one day
